Teresa was wonderful to work with. She provided excellent advice on the market in the area and was very helpful in the details of the closing. We live out of town and it was so helpful to be able to rely on Teresa to make sure lights were on and doors locked after showings.

When you have a pet for sixteen years, they become a part of your family and mean a great deal to you and not everyone understands that.

Teresa went the extra mile to put my dog at ease which put me at ease. My house sold very quickly due to the hard work that Teresa put into it. I had to work to find somewhere to live fast, but believe me I am not complaining. I am planning on building a home on the farm I grew up on and probably won’t need a realtor again. However, if I ever did, I can say without a doubt that I would use Teresa again. I would also not hesitate to refer her to anyone I know. She is professional, efficient and has a warm human touch that is so often lacking in today’s business world. It is strange not talking to her each week now that my house is sold. She was someone I looked forward to chatting with regularly and I miss our weekly talks.
